Where are your products made?

We create custom products with our chemists in the USA.

Are the product suitable for all genders and skin types?

Yes, our products are genderless and suitable for all skin types. However, all  skin is unique and is affected not only by products but also the environment and external factors. If you have sensitive skin we recommend testing the product away from your face to determine how your skin will react.

When trying a new product we recommend allowing 2 weeks for your skin to adjust.

What are AYOND products free from?

Our formulas are always customized for the highest efficacy and will always be non-toxic, vegan and cruelty free.  

All of our products are free from parabens, phthalates, silicone, petroleum products (petrolatum, mineral oil, paraffin wax), propelyne & butelyne glycol, PEGs, sulfates (SLS, SLES), artificial dyes, and synthetic fragrances.

How should I store my products?

We recommend storing your products in a consistently cool, dry place- away from direct sunlight.  

What if irritation occurs when using a product?

If irritation occurs, stop using the product and consult a dermatologist.

Do you use synthetic fragrance?

We never use synthetic fragrance. We use only the highest quality natural essential oils, essences and extracts to create our fragrances.  We are transparent and list each ingredient we use, including those we use for our fragrance blends. We 

What is the testing process for your products?

Each product is dermatologist tested and approved.

Shipping

How do I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. Please email us at support@ayond.us if you have issues and we will help you try to solve them.

How can I check the status of my order?

You will get an email with an order number and updates as your order is processed and shipped.

Do you ship to international locations?

At the moment we only ship within the US.

What should I do if my order has been damaged in transit?

If your product has been damaged please contact us at support@ayond.us

Packaging

Is AYOND’s packaging recyclable?

Yes - all our packaging can be recycled. Some of it can be recycled locally while other items must be recycled through our recycling program. Learn about our recycling program here.

Returns

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if our products are not right for you, we will accept our products back. They must be at least half-full and within 30 days of the original purchase. Unfortunately products past the 30 day limit and exchanges are not accepted.

To complete your return, email us at support@ayond.us and we will assist you.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@ayond.us.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@ayond.us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
