Shipping is free on US orders of $50 or more and Canadian orders of $150 USD or more. Every order also includes complimentary samples.

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, ground delivery takes 2–3 business days to the East Coast and 4–5 to the West Coast. Canadian orders arrive in will have extra processing times in customs.

You'll get an order confirmation email as soon as you check out. When your order ships, a second email arrives with your tracking link. If you can't find it, check your spam folder, or email support@ayond.us with your order number.

Yes. UPS Next Day Air is available at checkout. Full size Eau de Parfums can't travel by air, so they always ship ground.

We ship to the United States and Canada. PO boxes are welcome, but only through USPS, since UPS, FedEx and DHL can't deliver to them. Canada: duties and taxes may be collected on delivery.

Yes. Unused, unopened full-size products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Minis, sets (including our Discovery Sets) and sale items are final sale. Not sure what to choose? Our Discovery Sets are the best way to try AYOND before committing to full size.

Email support@ayond.us with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, and don't send them to the manufacturer. Return shipping is paid by you and isn't refundable. For returns over $75, we recommend a trackable service or shipping insurance. Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Email support@ayond.us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and packaging. For a lost package, include your order number and we'll track it down with the carrier. Either way, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Eau de Parfum (50 ml, $150): a spray that projects around you, leaves an impression and creates a personal scent atmosphere.

Perfume Oil (8 ml, $50): a concentrated, alcohol-free oil extrait that wears close and intimate on the skin. Its blend of nourishing oils conditions skin, and the small size is made for your bag and touch-ups.

All our fragrances are 100% naturally derived under ISO 16128, the international standard for natural-origin ingredients. That means every material starts from a renewable natural source, such as plants, and is then gently processed. We never use petroleum-based synthetics, phthalates, parabens or synthetic musks. The scent in our skincare comes only from essential oils, essences and extracts.

Synthetic fragrance generally means petroleum based fragrance materials, which we do not use.

However, a synthetic can also refer to a material not found in nature, even if the origin of that material is from a natural source. This definition is generally referred to as Naturally Derived, or Natural Origin.

Naturally Derived, or Natural Origin is an International Standard definition (ISO 16128-1) encompassing cosmetic ingredients. A naturally derived ingredient means the starting material is from a natural source like plants, minerals or microbes. These natural materials undergo processing to create new, naturally derived materials.

All of our Eau de Parfums are 100% Naturally Derived.

Due to the high level of natural materials in our Eau de Parfums there will always be a slight variation between batches in both color and scent.

Our daily ritual, morning and night:

1 -Metamorph Cleansing Balm. Massage a quarter-sized amount onto dry skin to dissolve makeup and sunscreen. Add warm water to turn it milky, then remove with a warm, damp washcloth.

2 - Rock Rose Active Serum. Shake gently, then press 2–3 drops into clean skin.

3 - Taos Blue Barrier Cream. Smooth a dime-sized amount evenly over skin.

4 - Amber Elix Vibrancy Oil. Finish with 2–3 drops. Warm it in your palms and take a few slow breaths first for a moment of aromatherapy.

Twice a week, use the Zeolite AHA Detox Mask after cleansing and before your serum. Because it contains AHAs, wear sunscreen during the day.

Yes. Our formulas are genderless and made for all skin types. If your skin is sensitive, patch-test a small amount on your inner arm or jawline before applying to your whole face. Give your skin about two weeks to adjust to anything new. If irritation occurs, stop using the product and consult a dermatologist.

Our skincare is made without parabens, phthalates, phenoxyethanol, silicones, petroleum products (petrolatum, mineral oil, paraffin), propylene and butylene glycols, PEGs, sulfates (SLS, SLES), artificial dyes, fillers and petroleum-based synthetic fragrance.

Our formulas use organic botanicals and botanical essences in place of water. All products are vegan and cruelty-free.

Gluten: our products contain no direct sources of gluten. A few ingredients are derived from sources like wheat or bran, so if you're gluten-sensitive, check with your dermatologist first.

Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Heat and light can affect natural botanicals, so avoid storing them in a hot car or on a sunny windowsill. Close caps tightly after each use.

No, we never test on animals. Our products are certified cruelty-free and vegan.
