What is AYOND?

AYOND means beyond. We create transcendent skincare, fragrance and lifestyle expressions grounded by desert flora.

Why are AYOND products unique?

Being from the desert, we recognize that dehydration and environmental stress are major causes of premature aging, so our products harness potent botanicals and advanced bio-technology to deeply hydrate and rejuvenate the skin. Formulated with powerful organic oils and extracts, our skincare nourishes and strengthens without any wasteful fillers.

Is AYOND carbon neutral?

We partnered with PACHAMA, a technology company that monitors and verifies global forest carbon projects, to measure and offset AYOND's carbon emissions since our founding in 2018. Our emissions were calculated based on the production and transportation of our products and daily operations, then offset by supporting the Central Kalimantan Peatlands project in Indonesia. This initiative helps preserve biodiverse forests and supports the local economy by reducing reliance on slash-and-burn agriculture. Additionally, the concessions promote biodiversity and enhance the overall health of the local ecosystem. Learn more about this project here.

How should I store my products?

We recommend storing your products in a consistently cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Do you test your products on animals?

No, we never test on animals. Our products are certified cruelty-free and vegan.

Are your products gluten-free?

Our products do not contain any direct sources of gluten. However, there are some ingredients that have been processed from gluten sources like wheat or bran. We recommend consulting your dermatologist before using our products if you have a gluten sensitivity.

What if irritation occurs when using a product?

If irritation occurs, stop using the product and consult a dermatologist.

If you have sensitive skin we recommend testing the product away from your face to determine how your skin will react.

Where are your products made?

We create custom products with our chemists and perfumers in the USA.

Are the products suitable for all genders and skin types?

Yes, our products are genderless and suitable for all skin types.

When trying a new product we recommend allowing 2 weeks for your skin to adjust.

What materials do you use in your fragrances?

For our skincare products we only use high quality essential oils, essences and extracts to create our fragrances.

Our Eau de Parfums use high quality essential oils, essences, and extracts as well as other naturally-derived isolates and fragrance materials.

Do you use synthetic fragrance?

Synthetic fragrance generally means petroleum based fragrance materials, which we do not use.

However, a synthetic can also refer to a material not found in nature, even if the origin of that material is from a natural source. This definition is generally referred to as Naturally Derived, or Natural Origin.

What is naturally derived fragrance?

Naturally Derived, or Natural Origin is an International Standard definition (ISO 16128-1) encompassing cosmetic ingredients. A naturally derived ingredient means the starting material is from a natural source like plants, minerals or microbes. These natural materials undergo processing to create new, naturally derived materials.

All of our Eau de Parfums are 100% Naturally Derived.

Can a fragrance change from batch to batch?

Due to the high level of natural materials in our Eau de Parfums there will always be a slight variation between batches in both color and scent.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free ground shipping for all domestic orders and orders to Canada over $150.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. Please email us at support@ayond.us if you have issues and we will help you try to solve them.

How can I check the status of my order?

You will get an email with an order number and updates as your order is processed and shipped.

Do you ship to international locations?

Yes, we ship to Canada.

What should I do if my order has been damaged or lost in transit?

If your product has been damaged please contact us at support@ayond.us

How soon will I receive my order?

With Ground Shipping you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 days on the East Coast and 4-5 days on the West Coast. 

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we offer next day air via UPS.  Please note, our Eau de Parfums cannot be air shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Paypal.

Can you ship to a PO box?

Yes, but only with USPS. UPS, FedEx and DHL will not deliver to a PO Box.

Returns

Can I return my product?

All sales are final and we do not accept returns. We invite you to try our products first with our discovery sets. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If your product arrives damaged please contact support@ayond.us and we will be happy to assist you.

What is the AYOND subscription service?

Our subscription service allows you to automatically receive your favorite AYOND products at the frequency that works best for you. Enjoy convenience, savings, and exclusive benefits, including free shipping on all subscription orders and early access to new product launches.

How do I set up a subscription?

When adding an item to your cart, simply select the “Subscribe & Save” option and choose your preferred delivery schedule (every month, 2 months, 3 months, etc.). Complete the checkout process, and your subscription will be activated.

Can I change the frequency of my subscription?

Yes, you can update your delivery frequency at any time by logging into your AYOND account and navigating to the “Subscriptions” section. There, you can adjust how often you receive your items to better suit your needs.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

To manage or cancel your subscription, log into your AYOND account and go to the “Subscriptions” section. You can modify your next shipment date, change the frequency, skip a delivery, or cancel your subscription with just a few clicks.

Can I skip a delivery?

Yes, if you don’t need a delivery, you can skip it by visiting your subscription settings in your account. Choose “Skip” for the upcoming shipment you wish to bypass.

Will I be notified before each delivery?

Yes, we’ll send you a reminder email a few days before your next scheduled shipment, allowing you time to make any changes if needed.

Can I add products to an existing subscription?

You can easily add products to your existing subscription by visiting the “Subscriptions” section of your account. Choose “Add Product” to include additional items in your next shipmen

Is there a minimum commitment for subscriptions?

There is no minimum commitment for our subscriptions. You have the flexibility to modify or cancel your subscription at any time, hassle-free.

What happens if my payment doesn’t go through?

If a payment fails, we’ll notify you via email. You can update your payment information in your AYOND account, and we’ll attempt to process the payment again. If the issue isn’t resolved, your subscription may be paused until the payment is updated.

How does payment work for subscriptions?

Payment is processed automatically on the scheduled shipment date using the payment method saved in your account. You will be charged each time a subscription order is processed.

Can I apply a discount code to my subscription?

Discount codes cannot be applied to subscription orders, as the subscription discount is already built into the service. However, subscribers enjoy special offers and promotions throughout the year.

Is your packaging recyclable?

All of our glass and paper packaging should be recycled locally, please check with your local municipality. Anything that cannot be recycled through your municipality can be dropped off at a Pact location. None of our packaging should end up in the landfill.
