Pro tip / How To use

Founder's Note: For a moment of meditation use as a calming anti-irritation mask: Apply a generous amount and let the mask sit for 5 to 15 minutes. Let the natural aromas soothe your mind as the balm soothes your skin. When you're ready, rinse gently with warm water or remove with a damp washcloth.

Lymphatic Drainage Slip: Apply a generous amount to the skin and pair with your favorite gua sha tool or use your hands. Gently massage in upward motions towards the lymphatic nodes. This helps stimulate circulation and aids in the removal of toxins from deep within the body.

Daily Use: Massage the balm over entire face morning and night. Ensure skin and fingertips are dry on application. Rinse well with warm water or remove milky balm with a damp washcloth.

    my favorite, but quality disappoints

    This is my favorite cleansing balm, but the quality of this batch is disappointing. The balm arrived separating and very liquid like. I've tried mixing it back together, but it remains quite drippy and unpleasant to use. Not what I'd expect of a product at this price point.

    Hi Mary, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We conduct stability and compatibility testing which tests the balm at high temperatures. Although, the balm has passed - it does have a melting point and the additional hot weather during summer with the increased temperature of the trucks, this melting could be what you are experiencing. We suggest putting the balm in the refrigerator, letting it solidify and then taking it out when you are ready to use it. The texture should be fine after that but you can always repeat this step if you like a more solid balm.

    Ridiculously Great

    I never leave reviews, but I love this. It is not inexpensive but i've found it is SO worth it. It is super luxurious feeling, I actually look forward to using this every single night. I rub this on my skin dry, and find myself do some face massage because it feels SO good with a gentle warming sensation. I then let it sit for a bit before putting on water to lather it and rinse. My skin is completely cleaned of makeup/sunscreen and feels super soft. However, the best part of this for me is the scent, it is perfection. Not overbearing, but subtle and luxe and relaxing. Think super high end spa. This is truly the #1 thing that is going to pull me back to this product again.
